Our brief Production Processes
The first step is
to cut the Glass Rod. 
Actually the glass rod is Pyrex Boro Cilicate. The
second step is to blow the gas fire to soften the glass, adjust the
shape by plier. 
We call this step as "Sculture on Fire".
During the glass are melted, the craftsman will use knife, screw driver
or any other hand tools to draw the detail texture on the surface. After
the desired shape is finished, keep cool at room temperature. Then apply
liquid 14 k gold or glass color. After painting, the unit will be baked
at high temperature about 2 hours.
